Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4, 1983) is a Canadian comedian and actress based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is well-known to viewers of television for her character as Dina Fox in the sitcom Superstore. She is also a graduate of the Second City Toronto Mainstage and Second City Chicago mainstage and is the other half of comedy duo "Cory!" She has been a two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2006 and 2007 . She she also won the award for Best Female Performance Television for Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015 won the award for Best Female Performance in an Feature Film for her performance as Carol in the film Dirty Singles. She also appeared in the comedy prank show "Scare Techniques". Lauren runs her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" together with Christy Oxborrow.
